This is just my favorite pancake recipe with 1/3-1/2 cup of cocoa powder dumped in. Very delicious, I must say.
1 cup plain soy milk
1 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3-1/2 cup cocoa powder
There is no syrup in the house so I smeared on my mom's blackberry jam, and they were very tasty. I kept the jam nearby so I could add just the right amount of jam per bite.
